Grill Island Access Drawers & Doors
Outdoor Stainless WaterTrack™ access drawer and door units are manufactured from 16 gauge 304 stainless steel with a #3 brushed finish. All exterior seams are hand TIG welded, sanded, and polished smooth for seamless look and watertight integrity. All units incorporate the WaterTrack™ rain channel to deter water from entering the storage enclosure. Doors are mounted using a pair of hidden stainless steel hinges, doors swing open 110°. Door and drawer pulls are 304 stainless steel and all fasteners are 18/8 SS. Door catches are made from impact-resistant nylon and have been tested to over 1 million cycles. Drawers are mounted to a pair of zinc plated ball bearing full extension drawer slides capable of holding up to 100 lbs. loads. All-access door units feature a full 1 1 /2” flange for mounting.
